Changed your mind? It happens. Here’s how it works.
All approved returns are issued as IONGAF® store credit. Store credit will be sent digitally and can be used toward a future order. Returns are not guaranteed.
THE 7-DAY RULE
You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to get your return postmarked.
To qualify, your order needs to be:
New
Unworn
Unwashed
In its original condition
Purchased directly from IONGAF®
If you wore it out, washed it, stained it, sprayed half a bottle of cologne on it, or otherwise made it yours, it’s yours.
EXCHANGES
Need another size or color? We got you, if we have it.
Exchanges are limited to available variants of the same item or another eligible item of equal value.
We cannot guarantee exchanges because inventory moves fast. If the item you want is gone by the time we process your return, you’ll receive store credit instead.
WHAT CAN’T BE RETURNED?
Some stuff is final sale. No returns. No exchanges.
This includes, but isn’t limited to:
Pre-order or specifically marked final-sale collections
Underwear, boxers, briefs, and other intimate items
Hats
Jewelry
Shoes that have been worn
Anything washed, worn, damaged, altered, or clearly used
SHIPPING
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The exception is if we messed up — meaning your item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong thing. If that happens, email us at support@iongaf.xyz and we’ll make it right.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is the result of an IONGAF® error.
REFUNDS + STORE CREDIT
Approved returns will generally be refunded as IONGAF® store credit.
If a refund to your original payment method applies in your specific situation, we’ll let you know.
Please allow 8–10 business days after your return reaches us for it to be inspected and processed.
Sending something back does not automatically guarantee approval. Returned items still have to meet the requirements above.
